Guns & Roses - Finally resurface!

The forever expected G n' R album 'Chinese Democracy' was leaked (well, 9 tracks of it) on the net by a blogger, Kevin Cogill, back in June and is facing up to 5 years (thats right Limewire fans, 5 YEARS!) and fined $250,000!!!

Slash has been quoted saying that he hopes the guy "rotes in jail" and quite rightly so! The Cheeky buggar! 

There has obviously been quite a bit of press in the States surrounding this as the internet and its effect on the music industry is an ongoing dilemma. This is mainly because the majors haven't realized how to monetize its effect as yet!

Any ideas on how its going to progress? Are monthly subscriptions the way to go?
